kvCORE has a reasonable API for contact data and lead management. Most of the automations I build for kvCORE clients extend what the platform does natively rather than replacing it. kvCORE's built-in behavioral automation is useful for basic follow-up, but it struggles with personalization based on specific criteria, multi-source lead deduplication, and scenarios that require external data (like MLS stats for a specific neighborhood).
