Calendly is the scheduling layer in many of my automation projects. When a lead qualifies or a client needs to book a call, Calendly handles the scheduling and I connect it to the surrounding workflow — CRM updates, reminder sequences, pre-meeting prep, and post-meeting follow-up.
Calendly's webhook system fires on booking, cancellation, and rescheduling events. I connect these to n8n workflows that update CRM records, trigger confirmation sequences, and set up pre-meeting context for advisors and agents. For real estate, I integrate Calendly into showing booking flows so a qualified lead can pick a time without agent involvement. For financial services, I connect Calendly booking events to pre-meeting prep automation that pulls client context from the CRM and delivers a briefing to the advisor before the call.
