Follow Up Boss is the CRM used by most high-producing real estate teams. I've built lead routing automations, follow-up sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and MCP-powered AI assistants on top of FUB's API — turning it from a place where lead data goes to die into an active part of the sales process.
FUB has a well-documented API and webhook system. I use incoming lead webhooks to trigger immediate response automations, the contacts API to build segmented follow-up sequences, and the API as the backend for MCP servers that let agents query their database in natural language. I've connected FUB to Zillow, Realtor.com, Twilio, Calendly, and MLS feeds. The most common project: a team that gets leads but loses them to slow response — and the fix is a 90-second automated first contact that runs 24/7.
