AI Workflow Automation

Stop paying people to do what software should handle.

I build custom automation for the repetitive work your team does every day. Lead follow-ups, appointment scheduling, document processing, client onboarding. If someone on your team does the same steps more than ten times a week, I can probably automate it.

Example system flow

Example: Automated appointment confirmation for a dental practice

  1. 01
    01

Patient books online or front desk

    creates appointment in Dentrix.

  2. 02
    02

Automation sends SMS confirmation 24 hours

    before via Twilio.

  3. 03
    03

    Patient replies 'yes' or 'no'

No reply triggers a follow-up call task for staff.

  4. 04
    04

    Confirmed appointments update the schedule

Cancellations open the slot and notify the waitlist.

Delivery model

Client-owned or managed

Optional managed server

Managed n8n and automation hosting

If you do not want to operate the automation runtime, I can run it on an isolated OrchestriAI-managed server instead of handing the deployment to your team. The recurring agreement defines capacity, support hours, recovery targets, and which workflow changes are included.

Dedicated workflow runtime and database sized for the agreed workload
TLS, secret storage, scheduled backups, and restore documentation
Health checks, failure alerts, log review, and controlled platform updates
Documented incident, credential-rotation, export, and offboarding process

Managed server pricing

Quoted monthly

Model, messaging, email, and other third-party usage is billed separately. Uptime, response times, retention, and regulated-data requirements apply only when written into the hosting agreement.

What gets built, and when it makes sense

01

What I actually build

Every automation I deliver is a complete workflow, not a single trigger-action pair. I map the process your team runs manually, identify decisions and exception cases, then build the normal path with validation, monitoring, and human escalation. The system can run continuously subject to the availability and limits of its hosting and connected services.

02

Who this is for

Businesses spending meaningful recurring time on data entry, routine messages, spreadsheet updates, or moving information between systems are a good fit. If the process changes constantly or depends on professional judgment at every step, simple automation probably is not the answer, and I will say that during discovery.

the next morning. Three no-shows flags the patient for staff review.
