LionDesk is a real estate CRM with built-in texting and video email capabilities. I build automations on top of LionDesk's API to extend its native follow-up tools: smarter lead routing, personalized drip content based on lead source and criteria, and MLS-triggered property notifications for matched leads.
LionDesk's API gives access to contacts, campaigns, and activity data. I've used it to build integrations that pull leads from portal sources and assign them to the right agent automatically, trigger custom drip sequences based on where a lead is in the buying journey, and push MLS listing matches to contacts based on their saved search criteria. LionDesk's built-in texting is useful but limited — I typically augment it with Twilio for more complex two-way conversation logic.
