Agent adoption
A 15-agent brokerage had 2,400 contacts in Follow Up Boss. The data was there — lead sources, communication history, property interests, last contact dates — but pulling actionable lists required knowing the CRM's filters, running searches, and doing it manually. Most agents used the CRM to log things but not to think with it. Pipeline opportunities were sitting in the database invisible.
We built an MCP server connected to Follow Up Boss's API, deployed as an AI assistant integration. Agents ask natural-language questions: 'Who from Zillow last year hasn't been contacted in 60 days?' or 'Show me buyers looking in the $600–800k range who were active in Q3.' The MCP pulls real data, formats a response with names, contact info, and conversation history. Follow-up drafts are generated from actual lead data and can be sent through the CRM.
Daily CRM tasks that took 40+ minutes now take 3–5 minutes of conversation. The team re-engaged 47 leads in the first month that their pipeline reports had been missing entirely. 13 of 15 agents were using it daily within the first two weeks.
