Kareo (now Tebra) handles practice management and billing for independent practices. I build automations that connect Tebra to communication platforms, accounting systems, and patient engagement tools.
Tebra combines practice management, billing, and patient engagement in one platform. I've built integrations that sync appointment data with external reminder systems, push billing and collections data to accounting tools, trigger patient satisfaction surveys after visits, and route new patient inquiries from web forms into Tebra's scheduling system. The platform's API coverage is growing, and I use a combination of API access and middleware to fill gaps.
